Actress Toni Pearen has revealed a disturbing experience with an older director when she was a little girl when she was discussing how the industry has changed to I’m a Famous … Get Me Out of Here!
The star began by telling her fieldmates how it felt to see “suggestive” old shots in her head when she was about 12 years old.
“Recently, we passed old photos at my father’s house and we came across all these photos of me when I must have been 11 or 12 years old. And they’re my prey in my head, but they’re really suggestive.
“Anyway, I’m in a swimsuit … with a touch of billiards … really suggestive. They had me in a leopard print leotard and I’m like crawling on the floor.”

“Oh my goodness!” called the other women, including the old ones Graduate star Abbie Chatfield and singer and actress Alli Simpson.
“I know! I know,” Toni said, “and I thought, ‘As a father, if that happened to my son now, I wouldn’t be at ease.’
But that was not the worst. She then recounted a fear incident she lived with a director when she was just a little girl.
“I remember we were at the location and it was midnight and the director showed up at my door and said,‘ I’m in love with your character. I’m not in love with you, but I’m in love with your character and I need to spend time with her. “
Obviously, this was met with a lot of inconvenience from his teammates.
“And what did you say?” they asked him.
“I just said,‘ I don’t think you think very well. Sorry. And I think we need to go home. “
On camera, he further explained, “Sometimes you walk away from an experience that says, ‘Yeah, it didn’t look right to me.’ But you’re so young you just don’t know.”

There he explained how different the industry is now, recounting his own story of a first experience filming a sex scene with an intimacy coach.
“I had a sex scene in a movie I did with an older guy, which was obviously very intense for me. And it was my first film. And the first scene they wanted to shoot in the movie
it was the sex scene, because they wanted to get it out of the way.
“So my first scene from any movie was basically like this sex scene with a dad. But there were so many rules. As if there was an intimacy trainer, and we had to sit the two of us individually. We both had to have a safe word during the scene. If any of us felt uncomfortable, you would say, and they would cut the scene right away. There were between 25 and 50, like now, real steps we had to take. “
“Some of the other people on the set said like five, ten years ago, there was none of that.”
