Fuel falls 10 cents every winter if it does not have biofuel

Prime Minister Boyko Borisov said that the government is trying not to raise fuel prices, but prices are determined by the market.

– At this moment with the addition of liters of gasoline and diesel in bulk, it is 2-2.20 lv. If it goes, it will fall on retail with 9-10 hundredths

– Oil companies want to announce prices for transparency

In the winter, fuels should not have biological foods to reduce their prices. This is one of the proposals of the Bulgarian Petroleum and Gas Association (BPGA), which was presented by Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev on Thursday.

The meeting was discussed

measures that work

fuel price,

as well as for greater transparency in the industry. There were similar biofeedback practices in European countries such as Austria and Germany.

The association explains that the bio-component is twice as expensive as the price of the fuel itself. According to estimates by oil industry experts, biofuel costs more than 7 cents per liter of fuel. If the reduction is calculated without it in production, then the final price can be reduced by 9-10 pts.

The abolition in winter could be done without violating Bulgaria's general obligations to comply with European legislation, BPGA said.

According to the requirements of the euro for diesel, there should be 6% bioaddition and 8% gasoline. The main material for the production of biodiesel is vegetable oils, especially oilseed rape. Sunflower, soybeans and animal fats can also be used. About 1500 liters of vegetable oil can be produced from the hectare.

For bioethanol to be added to petrol, mainly corn, potatoes, rye and wheat, tail and sugar cane are used.

At a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Donchev of the Petroleum Association, they also stated

will continue

because they understood the complexity of the moment. The business is ready to discuss changing corporate standards to reduce maintenance costs.

The oil association is determined to be involved in people's concerns and discontent because they are their clients. And as one of the largest investors in Bulgaria, oil companies have fully realized their responsibility to consumers.

One of the ideas the state has already announced is

in price per liter of fuel. According to Andrei Delchev, executive director of the association, the offer of cash notes has advantages and disadvantages. We will comment on them and we will come to an opinion, he said. And he added that the fall in fuel in the last few days is a consequence of the decline in oil, and not protest.

The association has requested assistance from the government for talks with the Commission for the Protection of Competition,

and see the existing margins. This measure must be applied to all market participants, including the so-called. Departmental gas stations.

The BPGA also suggests that inspections by state authorities should list specific objects as well as violations committed by them. Branch organization also encourages measures against the gray economy and during the entry into force of the fuel law.

Companies, members of the BPGA, want to express their firm belief that resolving political and social problems can not be at the expense of discrediting the entire sector from the Bulgarian economy, the organization added. From there, they add that the prosperity of the state and society builds on conditions of political stability and economic predictability.
