The Consumer Commission (CPC) sanctioned a petrol station in Plovdiv because cigarettes sold there were not tagged for prices. This is apparent from a decision by the regional court of Plovdiv, according to Plovdiv24.bg.
This is a Rompetrol service station at 264 Kalovsko Shose Blvd, inspected by the CPC on August 27 of last year. The inspectors found that in the cafeteria at a gas station, a rack was stacked behind the bar and cigarettes were sold. You have found that tobacco products have not placed pre-sale prices in a place accessible to customers and in a perceptive way. For this reason, CPC paid a fine at the Plovdiv gas station with 2,200 lightweight ones.
From the gas station, they appeal to the court the sanction imposed upon them, as the cigarette box in the cigarette box has a sale price. According to the CPC and the court, this is not a prominent place, so district magistrates confirm the fine, but with a slight adjustment, they reduce it to 2000 levs.
The same participation is shared by Gazprom in Plovdiv on 38 "Boulevard Karlovo Shosse", whose sanction is also reduced from 2200 to 2000 leads.
Decisions may be appealed to the Administrative Court of Plovdiv within 14 days.
