An American airline has been forced to apologize after a mother filed a complaint in which a staff member mocked the name of her daughter … who named Abcde.
The mother who complained, Traci Redford, is now mockingly social networks to name her 5-year-old Abcde, who is, of course, pronounced Ab-city. Many Twitter users were not surprised by the reaction of airline employees to the name, while others questioned why the mother thought she was naming her son after the first five letters of the alphabet were a good idea .
According to Redford, the Southwest Airlines employee started laughing, pointing to the mother and child, talking to other people about it and even taking a picture of the child's boarding pass. The image that scouted the name was published on social networks, where it was discovered by someone who knew the family.

Redford told ABC7 that his son was confused about why the staff member mocked her. "She said:" Mother, why do you laugh at my name? "And I said that not everyone is well and that everyone will not be pleasant and regrettable."
The Texan mother also stated that in the next two weeks after her claim, the airline had not acted or responded.
