Spotify would be trying to upload your own MP3s to your account

[ad_1]

In addition to any of us it has happened to us that we remember a song that we did not listen for some time and that we have stored as MP3, but when searching it in our music service for streaming We are disappointed to see that it is not available.

In the news the services of music for streaming Apple Music, Google Music and Deezer give us the possibility to upload our own MP3 files to our account and synchronize them with the rest of our devices. However, the most popular service of all – Spotify – does not allow it.

But everything seems to indicate that this is about to change very quickly as they have discovered a secret in the application of Spotify for Android that reveals the possibility of being able to upload our MP3 files to our account, as you can see in the following captures:

As you can see in the higher images, the interface looks pretty advanced so maybe this new and expected feature could be very close to being released for all users of the successful platform.

This if Spotify would differentiate itself from its competition to offer the possibility to upload MP3s directly from the smartphone, since at least Apple Music and Deezer platforms at least allow it in their desktop applications.

At the moment we do not know the date on which this new feature could be released and on which platforms will be available.
