In replacement of Roberto Salas, who will leave Masisa on March 31, will assume the current director of the company, the Mexican Alejandro Carrillo, from April 1.
Sales remained in the company for more than 10 years after serving as general corporate manager and also as president of the company's directory.
Masisa said Sales was "a very important milestone in the process of transformation of the company, specifically the divestment cycle that strengthens the financial situation of the company and facilitates the new business strategy, to start new courses, with the tranquility of leaving Masisa in a very good position to continue on his way of growth. "
For his part, the president of the company's directory thanked the work during these years of Sales and said that Carrillo "has the ideal profile for this position. From this new position, will continue with the plan strategic mapping of the directory, in order to consolidate Masisa's new model in the coming years ".
Masisa also said that given the resignation of Sales, they will have to renew the entire company directory at the next ordinary shareholders' meeting to be held in April. This, due to a legal mandate of the company.
