A source at the Al-Ahly club revealed that the Red Club intends to end the crisis of Nigerian player Junior Ajayi, after rejecting all offers made to him by Red Castle officials.
The source added, in statements via “Yalla Kora” on Thursday, that Ajayi applied for the value of his entire contract, which is estimated at $ 850,000, following Pitso Mosimane’s decision to dispense with he.
The source indicated that the club’s management is ready for all scenarios related to the Ajayi crisis, whether it complained to the International Federation or agreed to a friendly solution and the termination of the contract.
He went on to say that the Al-Ahly administration is trying to maintain its relationship with Ajayi, especially that he played for the club for five years after coming from Sfaxien in Tunisia.
The source explained that this latest offer is not for fear of filing a complaint against the club, because the club’s position is solid, especially because the waiting list was drawn up by the Egyptian Football Association.
The source noted that Al-Ahly’s administration offered Ajayi to get $ 400,000 in installments in exchange for the termination of the contract, but the player contacted a lawyer to get his entire contract from the FIFA.
It is worth mentioning that Al-Ahly contracted in the last transfer market with the duo Percy Tau from Brighton and Mikosoni from Simba from Tanzania to join the other foreign trio Aliu Diang, Ali Maaloul and Badr Banon.
