Donald Cerrone will try to pick up his first win streak of three fights since 2016 when he adopts Al Iaquinta in the UFC Fight Night 151 main event, which will take place at the Canadian Tire Center in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, this Saturday. (May 4, 2019).
Before then, let's take a look at one of the most dominant victories of "Cowboy" in the recent memory.
In February 2018, Cerrone found himself looking at Yancy Medeiros, a man who knows and respects. Even so, this did not prevent the two men from moving from the jump, since the two talented strikers got it after what turned out to be an absolute issue.
At least for the round that lasted.
Cerrone, the veteran sage who is, took advantage of his distance and arrived well, mixing with a few attempts to withdraw with his amazing expertise. While the fight was closed for the first four minutes, Donald managed to land in a beautiful three-stroke fighter to the wrestler born in Hawaii with only 10 seconds. From here, "Cowboy" threw himself against his wounded enemy and threw some dirt and land to force the stop.
Since then, Donald has gone 3-1 with his only loss at the hands of Leon Edwards. Not just a win over "Ragin '" he will give his first victories in three wins in about three years, but should shoot him in the standings and closer to another crack in the game. UFC gold
