Former 51-year-old British international Paul Gascoigne is charged with sexually abusing a woman in a train, the British Transport Police said on Monday. Former Glory of Nevcastle and Glasgow Rangers, 57 times selected for the England team, is targeted by the "accusation" to touch a woman, a spokesman for the police unit said.
