The Hungarians find their chances for employment more and more promising


This year, 59 percent of the surveyed employees said that their commitment to work, which is 1 percentage point compared to the previous year, in Hungary is negative for three years.

In the Aon Hungari survey, more than 62,000 employees from 87 companies participated this year. On the basis of the answer, on June 18 this year, the company compiled a list of the best employers, mostly companies operating in the field of trade and informatics, and most winners are small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with less than 250 employees.

This year's winners are: Atlas Copco Hungari Ltd. – Industrial technology, Cisco Sistems Hungari Ltd., Carglass Hungary – CG Hungary Ltd., Nutricia Earli Life & Advance Medical Nutrition, Starschema Kft. ŽRK.

Among 250 and 1000 employees, B.Braun Avitum Hungari Zrt and EuroFamily received a prize.

Of the companies employing more than a thousand employees, the Best Employer Award was awarded to SAP Hungari Kft., Decathlon Hungari and Szerencsejatek Zrt.

The Aon Best Jobs program has been recognized by organizations for more than 20 years at global and regional level. Two Hungarian subsidiaries received the Best Emploier Award from companies participating in the international survey: Mars Magiarorszag Ertekesito Bt. I Kft.

Virag Eva Uzsak, director of Aon Hungari, said that the management of organizational changes has a huge difference between the best and the average companies. Firms can be successful in the future, sensitively responding to changes in the needs of external customers, quickly acquiring new ideas for success, and giving them the opportunity to try new things even if they lead to errors.
