Oppo has updated the Oppo F series in India with the new Oppo F19. As the name of the smartphone suggests, the Oppo F19 sits next to the existing Oppo F19 Pro and Oppo F19 Pro Plus that debuted in the country last month. Unlike its Pro brethren, the new Oppo F19 vanilla comes with triple rear cameras. However, it has a larger 5,000 mAh battery that supports a fast charge of 33 W. Its price in India is set at Rs 18,990 for the only 6 GB + 128 GB storage variant and customers they can choose from Midnight Blue and Prism Black color options. It is available to place orders in the country through various online and offline channels, and its first sale is scheduled for April 9th.
In terms of specifications, the newly launched Oppo F19 features a 6.43-inch Full HD + AMOLED display panel, with a maximum brightness of 800 nights, a pixel density of 409 pixels and a standard refresh rate of 60 Hz. The display panel has a perforated cutout at the top left of the selfie camera. Under the hood, it carries a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC, paired with 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of internal storage. To remind you, the Oppo F19 Pro and Oppo F19 Pro Plus carry the MediaTek Helio P95 and MediaTek Dimensity 800U processors, respectively. In terms of optics, the triple rear camera configuration includes a 48-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. On the front, there’s a 16-megapixel shutter for selfies and video calling.
The Oppo F19’s main camera can record Full HD video at 30 fps with EIS support. The Oppo F19’s camera app comes pre-loaded with modes like night, panorama, portrait, time-lapse, slow motion, hypertext and Google Lens.

Other features of the Oppo F19 include Android 11, face unlock, dual SIM support, Bluetooth v5.0, dual band Wi-Fi and 4G LTE. As mentioned, it carries a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 33 W fast charging.
