Barri Callebaut / Burton's contract was approved by the CMA

The agreement was originally signed in September, which would see Barri Callebaut buy chocolate products at the Burton factory in Moreton, Virral. The manufacturer will supply 12,000t of chocolate and a mixture annually in Burtons.

The CMA confirmed that the transaction will be evaluated shortly after its release, but since then Barri Callebaut and Burton have provided support.
