Evening TV: Graham Norton Shov and Alone at Home

With studies showing British parents among the most disadvantaged in Europe, this new factual series for entertainment raises the question of the extent to which modern parental style adequately prepares our adult children. Over four episodes, each week having a second family, parents leave their children alone at home. Tonight we meet Natalie from Suria, who had enough to do everything for her two daughters, 16-year-old Millie and Laurel, 13. Natali's partner Dan, a former soldier, thinks Natalie is a soft touch and wants girls to help more. With a home for themselves and full freedom to do what they want, will the teens do the right thing? Or will parents return home to complete chaos?
