Apple cut production orders for three new iPhone models

As Wall Street Journal reported, Apple has cut production last three of September on September 12, the iPhone KSR, KSS and KSS Mak. Cupertino failed to properly predict the market demand for new devices and the launch of three different models at the same time made it difficult to estimate the units that would be produced by manufacturing companies.

Net Cutting on the Production of iPhone KSR

Apple began selling iPhone KSS and KSS Mak in September, and last month it put the iPhone KSR on the market, the cheapest of three, but at a price of 749 euros. A few weeks ago, Apple shocked its investors with a sales forecast lower than expected for the Christmas period, warning of some suppliers who had weaknesses in the sale of new models.
Especially important is the decrease in the production of iPhone KSR, and Apple, who has already seen forced in the past week to reduce the order of even one third of the nearly 70 million units required for the production companies for the semester September-February. A newsletter at New York reports that seven days ago the company led by Tim Cook had to re-reduce its production plan.

Even a market in difficulty

Despite this decline, Apple still remains stable in the marketplace in difficulties like those smartphones. It's strange to point out this autumn in which the main technology companies are struggling with their new high-end phones, but the sale of the device is in sharp decline. More specifically, 377.8 million units sold in the third quarter of last year rose from 355.2 million in the same period of 2018. This is the fourth quarter in which there was a contraction. The main reason for this slowdown is excessively high prices, along with the significant absence of relevant innovations among the devices that have put on the market by various manufacturers.
