SINGAPORE: The honestbee online power and nutrition provider, which in May left the food delivery service in Singapore in the framework of a strategic review of its business, said that "suspending temporarily "its operations in Malaysia as of Monday (July 22).
In an email seen by the CNA, the service provider said that the decision was made at the Singapore headquarters to "reform the honest business and re-serve (customers) better in the future."
Honestbee customers can still order their stores until Friday to deliver them over the weekend.
"We are sorry for any inconvenience that we may cause, but do not worry, we are already working hard to return as soon as possible," the company said.
In early May, Honestbee confirmed that co-founder Joel Sng resigned as CEO as part of the "current strategic review of our company," with the position that Brian Koo had to meet key investor .
A few weeks later, the same month, the company announced the suspension of the food and laundry service in Singapore "to optimize the business structure."
This occurred after the company suspended the concierge service for FairPrice products in January.
