UPDATE: TM added that cable cuts were due to MRT and VSE work.
TM services, including Unifi, Streamik and Unifi Mobile, were disconnected from Saturday evening at 11 am. As a result, customers had to endure slow connection yesterday. This issue has also affected Makis Fiber because they are wholesale users of TM.
According to TM, this issue was caused by the reduction of multiple cable cables in Sentul and Sabac-in-Bernam by third-party contractors. They also added that all services have been fully restored at 6 am this morning. If you are affected by a slowdown, you have to restore normal speeds up to now.
