Kylian Mbappé got PSG’s victory at home against Angers when he got the chance from the penalty spot just before the end.
PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN – ANGERS 2-1:
PSG had to manage on Friday night without Lionel Messi and Neymar, who had been in action for their respective national teams on Friday night.
And without the star duo, the French capital team made it difficult in the meeting with Angers at home in the Parc des Princes.
Angelo Fulgini made sure of the visitors’ lead before the break, before Danilo Pereira scored the equalizer 20 minutes before the full time.

Five minutes before the end, Kylian Mbappé had a chance to send PSG to the head from the penalty spot, after the ball had hit the hand of an Angers defender.
Referee Bastien Dechepy opted to point out the chalk mark after a VAR check, although Direktesport commentator Robin Haugen thought PSG were a bit lucky.
– I think it’s a bit strict, but this rule of hands is impossible to understand, said commentator Haugen.
The Angers players could smell victory in the air.
From the penalty spot, Mbappé was safe when he dropped the ball to the right corner.

Angry in the head
It was the local team that showed the coolest pace initially at the Parc des Príncipes, but without putting Angers goalkeeper Paul Bernardoni in the big tests.
During the first half, however, the visitors entered the game more and played more opportunities. And when Fulgini got ahead on the scoreboard after 36 minutes, he was not well deserved either.

Marco Verratti loses the ball to Angers. The home side worked hard to get through the middle and as a result, had a good chance of getting one back as Sofiane Boufal tried lifting the ball over keeper. The Moroccan hit a strong, hard stick against the back stick, where Fulgini waited and entered the lead.
– It’s just a brilliant counterattack and a good score, was the comment of the commentator Haugen on the scoreboard.
After the break, PSG put a lot of pressure on Angers’ defense and, with 20 minutes left in the game, the draw was a real fact.
Kylian Mbappé ran onto a great ball from Danilo Pereira, which beat the offside trap, the keeper came rushing out and the lob was attempted, but the lob didnt succeed. The defensive midfielder safely led the 1-1.
And five minutes before the end, the second of the night was for PSG, when Mbappé got the chance from the penalty spot.
Thus, Pochettino’s men can be encouraged to get another victory in League 1.
