One company announced the launch of a call for a young college student to have the opportunity to be general manager for a month, in order to gain more knowledge and experience.
This is The Adecco Group, which for the sixth consecutive year has launched the “CEO for One Month” initiative in Peru, in order to offer Peruvian university or recent graduate students the opportunity to be the general manager of Adecco Peru for a month.
The winner will have the opportunity to develop their skills and demonstrate their leadership potential, gain experience to climb as a professional and learn the tools needed to succeed as a business leader. He will also take on managerial roles and work hand in hand with the CEO of Adecco Peru.
In addition, the selected one will participate in meetings with the management committee and will see first hand how a general manager is managing to experience the life of a senior business leader.
After the month of recruitment, the ten excellent participants will be selected from all the candidates worldwide to participate in a global ‘bootcamp’ where it will be decided who will work with Alain Dehaze, Global CEO of The Adecco Group, during a month .
-Who can participate? –
Interested parties must be young people who are in the last year of their professional studies or have recently graduated. They must also have an advanced level of English (essential) and preferably a third language.
Analysis and communication skills, agility to learn, curiosity, solving complex problems, customer focus and innovation are skills that The Adecco Group is looking for in its applicants.

The finalists will be announced on May 21 and the winner will be announced on the 28th of the same month; both results will be posted on Adecco social media.
