"Workers who entered the payroll did not have a contract or were under the modality of establishing services, that is, their work rights are not recognized, although their work has the characteristics of dependent workers, one day and working hours and are subordinate to the immediate boss," he added he.
In this line, he recalled that the central goal proposed by the government in 2021 to abandon the bases and methodology of labor inspection is to get a number of 500,000 state workers on the payroll.
The Minister of Labor , who participated in the presentation of a new model of intervention control Sunafil , said that this methodology enabled the focus of control management into four activities: trade or services, public and private higher education, construction and provision of medical services.
In turn, Superior Sunafil, Horhe Luis Caceres, emphasized that improving the number of formalized workers is a result of a new model of proactive inspection. "A team called Peru Formal was created, who carried out preliminary intelligence tasks in each of the operations to be reviewed, and in the past two months it was possible to formalize 2,309 workers in the Metropolitan Lima," he said.
"Every participating company voluntarily registered its employees and did not receive a fine, 100% of the visiting centers included their workers voluntarily," Caceres concluded.
