This agreement allows users to save a copy of their data using the Google Drive tool, without limitation of space and the ability to transfer them later between different Android devices.
This will make it easier to keep a chat and move them, for example, to a new smartphone when a user changes his mobile phone.
All messages, as well as multimedia files that do not execute the proper backup through the disk, will permanently delete the company, although each device can also save, if configured for it, a local copy in the file format.

Android users can update their own copy, provided they have a personal Google Account, through the settings menu, clicking on the backup section and showing there also the frequency with which you want to save it in Drive.
As for the iPhone users, the company already has an agreement with Apple, which allows its customers to store the content of their chats through iCloud.
