In Northern Ireland, the Clenaghans restaurant, near Aghalee, is entering the list of seven Michelin Bib Gurmand facilities in the province.
Holding their awards last year are Fontana and Noble (both Hollywood); Vine & Brine (Moira); Belfast's Deanes at Kueen's, Bar + Grill at James' Street South and Home at Vellington Place.
For the broader guidance of readers and visitors in Ireland, this year's Michelin Guide lists a total of 341 institutions in the Republic of Ireland and 71 in Northern Ireland, including many offering accommodations for overnight stays.
