during which time it burns the most calories

During the day, many aspects relate to effective burning of calories, from exercise and exercise to sleep. A new study shows that, however, it is the time of the day when the body naturally burns most of the calories, which is due to a circadian rhythm that controls the inner clock of the body and the day-night cycle. These rhythms influence the burning of calories, especially during the break, where the human body can burn 10% more calories in late afternoon and evening afternoons, compared to early morning. More precisely, nearly 130 calories burned in the afternoon and evening without any effort and this can affect health.

A study published in Journal of Current Biologists highlights the fact that the circadian rhythm dictates not only the desire for a break, but also the complexity of metabolism that works during the 24-hour period. Therefore, people who have an incorrect sleep schedule, including those working in shifts, are obese and are prone to developing conditions such as type II diabetes, cancer or cognitive decline. Even if we do not hear it, the biological clock works constantly.

"It is possible that when you eat and the need for low energy consumption, this activity can lead to weight gain", said Jeanne Duffi, a study graduate at Brigham and a Women's Hospital.

When most calories burn

The study was conducted by seven men, both men and women aged between 38 and 69, who stayed in a glass, sandy, telephone or internet lab for 37 days, so they did not know which day it was out. Every night, participants slept four hours later than the night before, the habit lasted for 3 weeks. In this way, the inner clock of the body was forced to take a step, the researchers observed that the biological periods of the body were completely different from today.

All those who participated in this study had to carry sensors to measure body temperature, allowing researchers to determine the period of most calories. The higher the body temperature, the more calories it burns. It was found that the burning rate of calories was lower in the night when the body temperature dropped, and 12 hours later the amount of calories increased in the afternoon.

Of course, even if you plan meals and take care of respecting this program, remember that it is another important aspect of the exercise. Even if you do not go to a gym, every effort, every move, involves getting energy, and to ensure even the slightest movement, from raising your hand to sweeping through the house, burns the required number of calories.
