At the last supervisory board of the OSG (South West Group) meeting on March 29, Olivier Gerolami, Chairman of the GSO Executive Board since January 2012, confirmed his decision not to request the renewal of his mandate, which ends in May 2019. The Supervisory Board has appointed a new Executive Board to assume its functions the May 4, 2019.
It is made up of Patrick Venries (currently CEO of South Ouest) President of the Executive Board i Didier Piot.
At the same time, Patrick Venries has been appointed Managing Director of Sapeso, editor of the South Ouest newspaper, which replaces Olivier Gerolami.
The consolidated operating result of 2018 was 8.4 million euros, an increase of 2.6 million euros compared to 2017.
The new Chairman of the Board of Directors, with the management committee of the OSG at his side, undertakes to continue the transformation and digital development of the group and accelerate the search for growth factors in new activities of services. A strategic plan will be presented to the Supervisory Board in June 2019.
