South African lawyer, Victor Gomes, announced Friday the whistle for the CAN 2019 final between Senegal and Algeria, but it will finally be the Cameroonian Alioum Nil, which was officially certified by CAF.
It was on Twitter that CAF made the announcement of the election of Victor Gomes before the tweet in question was eliminated without explanation. Finally, through a statement received by the writing board of wiwsport.com, CAF formalized the name of Cameroon arbitrator Alioum Néant as the leader of the 2019 Cup final of Africa.
The first information was a mistake or is there a reason for this last-minute change? There are no details on the subject at the moment.
The assistant referees will be their compatriots Menkouandé Evarist and Elvis Noupue. The arbitrary replacement of the final will be the bass Eric Otogo Castane.
Keep in mind that our compatriot Aliou Golocko is appointed media officer of the final.
The CAN 2019 final will take place this Friday, June 19, at the Cairo stadium and will start at 7:00 PM GMT.
