Russia set a record in oil production, according to the November report by OPEK.

"Russia set a new post-oil record in oil production in October, increasing production by 50,000 barrels per day compared to last month, to an average of 11.6 million barrels of oil per day in line with earlier estimates," the organization said.

OPEC has increased the forecast for fuel production in Russia in 2018 to 11.24 million barrels per day from 11.19 million, and next year it is expected to increase by 11.24 million barrels.

According to the data of the central dispatching administration of the energy complex, the average oil production in Russia in October increased by 4.4% per year.

In addition, OPEK has reduced the forecast of a global increase in oil demand in 2019 to 70 thousand barrels per day – up to 1.29 million barrels.
