I am proud to have achieved this without taking steroids or any harmful supplements. The only supplement I took were whey proteins, food supplements before training, BCAAs (various chains of amino acids), multivitamins and fish oil.

The habit of checking my weight every day was helpful. I've always expected to run less than the previous day, and if so, I would do that point to improve in one area of ​​my child so I could have an even better result the next day.

Now I'm very active and strong. I constantly set high goals to test my strength. I love when I beat others in the sport. I always feel happy when I can easily lower the seat belt on the plane, because now my waist is 30 inches. And I noticed that I get much more Tinder matches.

Emotionally, I have my ups and downs. A few days when I wear good clothes and people praise me, I am very happy. On the second day I constantly look at my thoughts to see if I'm still capable or if I've got weight. I still have problems with the body, which I believe will disappear over time.

I still work every day, I still climb stairs, and still park my car to the end of the parking lot. For my diet I drink drinking water, I eat vegetables and I'm looking for a good protein in almost everything I eat. My life has changed completely, and I would like to do even more with constant hard work.
