Ducati MIG-RR – electric motor of the fastest motorcycle maker


Electric cars are in fashion and are also known to car manufacturers or the latest engines. After BMV or General Motors, Ducati introduced the Ducati MIG-RR electric motor.

The bicycle was created in cooperation with Ducati and the Italian company Thok E-bikes, specialized in electric bicycles. The ergonomic bicycle frame is made of aluminum, which is surprising when we take it as a premium brand and the price is not the lowest. Designed by designer Aldo Drudi in cooperation with the Ducati Design Center, the bike looks perfect.

MIG-RR is an Enduro mountain bike designed for every terrain. The motorcycle is the Shimano Steps E8000 with three levels of assistance – Eco, Trail and Boost. There will be no Pover-Wolk mode that will help push bikes. The addition is Shimano E-Tube, where you can set the Trail and Boost mode in three different positions.

The power takes care of the 504 Vh Shimano battery that is at the bottom of the frame. You can charge it even when the battery is on a bike. The frame is additionally erected on both sides and is missing from the Kashima Factori series FOKS DPKS2. Shimano KST Shimano KST is composed of 11 speeds.

Bicycle weight is higher than usual in electric bikes. MIGG-RR weighs 22.5 kg. The speed of the bicycle by on-call is limited to typical 25 kilometers per hour.
