During the week, lift the alarm clock and turn it off during the weekend? We know what an annoying situation is in danger

Lietate or fall into your dreams? This is a surprising cause, you can influence your dreams.

"The social jet lag essentially supports everything that is bad in our body." said Till Roenneberg, professor of chronobiology at the Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich, who used this term for the first time. The condition occurs when a man goes back to sleep and wakes up later than a day of the week. As with classical gang disease, it is the consequence that our body is forced to move in different time zones: the first is determined by labor and social responsibilities, the second one for our biological clocks.

The degree of difference of jet lag depends on the degree of difference between time zones. The preferences of the dream of humans are largely determined by the genes. "The Owls", who stay at night and get up in the morning, suffer from social retardation rather than "fabrics". On weekdays, they sleep less and the sleep deficit diminishes during the weekend. On the other hand, the sticks can suffer when the sleepwalks are passed for the sake of social functions later on.

The typical symptoms of jet lag are sleep problems. The phone takes a while to adapt to the new time zone. Normally, this is a day for each band you have passed. According to Roenneberg, the retardation of social traffic and the deprivation of sleep are virtually inseparable.

Chronic sleep deprivation is associated with the same illnesses as the retardation of the social jet, including the two types of diabetes, heart disease, obesity and depression. It also affects our vigilance, the coordination of the hand and the eye, the memory, the logical reasoning and the emotional stability.

But it also has other consequences. All human cells are a molecular clock that determines the calendar of almost all the physiological processes of the body. For example, when we feel sleepy or cloudy, but also when we excrete hormones that affect body temperature or mood during the day.

These hours work in a 24 hour schedule and synchronize with a small portion of the brain tissue called the suprachymal core (SCN). This determines the time according to the changes of light in the environment of being human.

Changing exposure time to light, as it does with irregular sleep patterns or time zones, will also change the settings of the interior clocks. If you constantly change the time to go to bed and when exposed to light, the hours will not always be synchronized.

The problem, according to Roenneberg, could be solved by flexible hours of work. Employees would recommend that they start working just after having enough sleep. "Most of the staff would arrive at the office around the tenth or eleventh, but it would increase their productivity." says expert

A simpler solution is then adjust the light. According to experts, the longer the person is exposed to the light, the longer the SCN time will change and wants to sleep later. Therefore, they recommend turning off large lights about two hours before planning to go to sleep, and only then with table lamps. It should also mitigate the brightness of smartphones and computers.
