BRATISLAVA, November 18 (WebNovini.sk) – Communication on social security is growing through an electronic mailbox. Spokesman SP Peter Vishvader stated.
If from January to the end of October last year, the headquarters of the insurance company received 106,940 electronic submissions and sent them 66,186, and this year the number sent by e-mail is more than double and the number is sent more than three times.
"From January to October of this year, the headquarters of the social insurance company via e-mail received 232,444 applications and sent 213,636 submissions," the insurer said.
A citizen's card with a chip
According to her spokeswoman, the social insurance company meets the insured's questions, or the insurance of a police card with a police chip should be reported by an insurance company.
"This is not the case, although this identity card is used to register on the portal vvv.slovensko.sk and to enter e-mail, through which a citizen can communicate with the Insurance Company. This equipment of the ID card (the so-called EID cards) does not the Social Insurance Society report, "Vishwader warned.
If a citizen has an active electronic mailbox, the Social Security Association communicates with him electronically.
If e-mail has not been activated for delivery, even if it has provided a citizen card with a chip, the Social Insurance Company can not communicate with it via e-mail and communicate in paper form.
"The social insurance company always checks whether the entity has an active electronic mailbox, and if it is active, it will send it electronically," the insurance spokesman said.
