Addtech Automation, a business area of the Addtech group, announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire all the shares in Systerra Computer GmbH.
Systerra offers advanced standards, custom products and proprietary embedded computing systems and networking solutions. The business is mainly aimed at OEM customers in industrial automation, medical technology, transportation, aerospace and defense industries, it can be read in a press release. Systerra complements very well the existing operations of Addtech in the area of business of automation and strengthens our position in the German market. The company has 16 employees and a turnover of approximately 9.5 million euros. The access is expected to take place in early September 2021 and the acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current year.
