Al-Jarwan proposes to establish a body to monitor refugee affairs in the Arab world

The third meeting of the Executive Office of the Forum of Specialized Arab Federations was held at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States in Cairo, chaired by Ahmed bin Muhammad Al-Jarwan, Head of the Executive Office of the Forum and President of the General Union of Arab Experts.
The meeting was attended by Wissam Fattouh, Deputy Director of the Executive Office of the Forum, Secretary General of the Union of Arab Banks, Dr. Kamal Hassan Ali, Deputy Secretary General of the League of Arab States, Plenipotentiary Minister Muhammad Khair Abdel Qader, and leaders, trustees and representatives of Arab unions, members of the Executive Office.
Ahmed bin Muhammad Al-Jarwan explained that the meeting discussed several important issues on its agenda, including the proposals received on the establishment of the Fund for Specialized Arab Unions and the consideration of criteria and controls for members to join the Forum of Specialized Arabs. Trade unions, as well as the establishment of the necessary committees to organize the work of the Executive Office and activate its working mechanisms.
With regard to the new work, Al-Jarwan presented a proposal to establish an entity or apparatus to monitor refugee affairs in the Arab world and it was agreed to present a concept that would illustrate the idea of ​​this proposal and that will be discussed at the next meetings of the Executive Office.
