A 21-year-old man died of his incurable injuries after a car accident on his way to Emirates Ras Al Khaimah due to excessive speed.
Salim Rabi Bakhtameen Al Suvaidi, Director General of the Central Operations, RAK Police, said that the Operational Room of the General Directorate of the Ras Al Khaimah Police received a report on vehicle accidents at 11:00 today. Police and ambulance immediately moved to a place of communication. It was established that the citizen was driving his vehicle on his own and as a result of the excessive speed of driving with the vehicle, led to a deviation, then struck a cement barrier, and then deteriorated, which immediately led to the death of citizens due to his wounds, the body was transferred to the hospital under preparation for delivery to parents The closing ceremony of the funeral was followed closely, and it was the transfer of the incident file to the competent authorities to complete the necessary legal procedures.
Brigadier General Salem Al Suwaidi stressed the need to strictly adhere to road speed limits in order to avoid road accidents and to ensure the safety of all drivers and road users through safe driving.
