Geeli showed his first minivan. Do I need this in Belarus? – Automotive news

At the Guangzhou Motor Show, which was opened yesterday, the Chinese company showed its first MPV in history – Geeli, called Jiaji, will appear on the domestic market in 2019.

When creating the appearance of a 4.7-meter (4.8-meter) long-wheelbase car and with reinforced body lines, the international design team Geeli tried to escape the traditional look of the minivan, which is often perceived as a "box on wheels".

The cabin has several landing configuration for landing 6 or 7 people (2 + 2 + 2, 2 + 2 + 3 and 2 + 3 + 2). At the top of the center console there is a 12.3-inch multimedia system display, the list of equipment includes panoramic roof and ceiling lamps equipped with motion sensors – the top light can be switched on with simple waves of the hand.

In addition to the 1.8-liter turbo engine (184 hp and 300 Nm) in combination with a 6-speed "automatic" minivan, it will be available with a 48-volt soft-hybrid (MHEV) as well as a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) in combination with a three-cylinder engine 1.5 and 7-speed robot box. In the "soft hybrid" version, the recoil will be 190 hp and 300 Nm, and the highest version of the PHEV with a 1.6 l / 100 km pass in the combined cycle – 258 hp and 385 Nm.

As stated in the Russian representative office of Geeli, the new minivan brand can appear in the vehicle market not before 2020, although no final decision has been made on this issue.
