Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah is in London this evening for the inaugural Earthshot Awards ceremony at Alexandra Palace.
The Earthshot Prize is a prestigious global environment award that was launched by Prince William and Sir David Attenborough last year.
Several celebrities attend and the event will be hosted by Clara Amfo and Dermot O’Leary.
Performers include Ed Sheeran, KSI and Coldplay and the five winners will be announced by a lineup of presenters, which includes Salah.

Categories include protecting and restoring nature, reviving our oceans, cleaning our air, building a waste-free world, and fixing our climate.
Each winner will receive a £ 1 million prize, as well as support to further their impact and innovative work.
Salah was chosen alongside several celebrities to present an award, along with the Duchess of Cambridge, Emma Thompson, Emma Watson and David Oyelowo.
The 29-year-old was back on the scoreboard in yesterday’s 5-0 thrashing of Watford at Vicarage Road.

The Egyptian shared his social media last night with his agent Ramy Abbas while the couple dined at The Araki sushi restaurant in Westminster.
