Dark roasted coffee can reduce Alzheimer's risk of Parkinson's disease

Canadian researchers say it's darker coffee, the better for your brain.

Researchers at the Kremlin Brain Institute in Toronto tested Starbucks Via baking instant light, dark baking and decaffeinated dark baking.

They were looking for a specific compound known to make coffee beans. The compound also allegedly prevents two protein fragments common in Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease.

The researchers found that dark baked coffee gave the largest amount of compound. They say it should seem to be the best choice for brain health.

One expert believes that you should take this study by the side of skepticism.

A researcher at the Brain Institute, Kremlin, acknowledges that the study does not suggest that coffee is a cure.
