Magistrates rejected the decision of the TSJ against Joan Guaidó

Marisela Godoy, judge of the Supreme Court of Justice, withdrew from the press conference convened by us as a measure of rejection before the decision of the investigation against Joan Guaidó, acting president of the country.

Dereck Blanc, a journalist, has indicated that the decision was taken without a prior debate that provoked the discontent on the part of the representatives and subsequent departure of the Palace of Justice.

For its part, Danilo Mojica, informed through his Twitter that he saved his vote of the decision of the Full Court of the TSJ on the precautionary measures requested by Tarek William Saab against Guaidó.

The magistrates have spoken out against the decisions ruled by the institution. The magistrates were also not present at the beginning of the judicial year at the TSJ, where Nicolás Maduro was present
